First 3 Casts Of The Hunger Games

Hey everyone! Sorry I haven't posted for like a month, but I'm going into the 9th grade in a few weeks and have been very busy with homework and preparing for High School. I also wanted to let you know that if I don't post for a while it means I am unable to and/or are too busy. I try very hard to post as often as I can, but I have two other blogs, plus life does get in the way of blogging sometime sometimes :D.
But now back to the post...

Catching Fire is due to come out in November 2013, and already Josh Hutcherson has been spotted sporting the blonde Peeta hair! So here are the first three casts of Catching Fire that Lionsgate has made so far...

Phillip Seymour Hoffmann as the Capitol Gamesmaker gone Rebel.... Plutarch Heavensbee!

Lynn Cohen as the kindly old tribute/victor from District 4... Mags!

And Jena Malone as the axe wielding vicious victor/tribute from District 7... Johanna Mason!

Hey! Who here has heard of the AMAZING British band One Direction? I am absolutely in love with their music! I think it is amazing how they all started out as solo acts on the X-Factor (Kinda like a British version of American Idol), and look where they are now! Selling out world tours, and producing their second album as we speak!

So I thought it would be fun if I did a new One Direction member post every week! But I am going to let YOU decide! So head on over to the poll, and next Monday I will do a quick post on the winning member!

The Hunger Games Takes Home 4 Awards From MTV Movie Awards!

Yesterday was the MTV Movie Awards! The Hunger Games was nominated for so many categories including: Best Hero (Katniss), Movie of the Year, Best Male Performance (Josh Hutcherson as Peeta Mellark), Best Female Performance (Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss Everdeen, Breakthrough Performance (Liam Helmsworth as Gale Hawthorne), Best Cast, Best Kiss, Best On-Screen Transformation (Elizabeth Banks as Effie Trinket), and Best Fight.

And the Hunger Games took home these four awards...
1. Best Male Performance (Josh Hutcherson as Peeta Mellark)
2. Best Female Performance (Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss Everdeen)
3. Best On Screen Transformation (Elizabeth Banks as Effie Trinket)
4. Best Fight (Alexander Ludwig as Cato VS. Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss and Josh Hutcherson as Peeta)

Jennifer Lawrence had to accept her award from Prague (Czech Republic) via video. At the end she (true to her personality) joked around saying "I can't eat this!" after she won her Golden Popcorn

Elizabeth Banks after winning her award for Best On-Screen Transformation as District 12's escort Effie Trinket. 

Josh Hutcherson was thrilled to win his award for Best Male Performance as Peeta Mellark.When he accepted his award he said "I've wanted to hold a Golden Popcorn since I was like 4 years old!" Aw Josh is so adorable!

McKenna Movie!

I'm a gymnast just like this year's Girl Of The Year McKenna! 

And a couple of weeks ago, American Girl announced that on July 14th McKenna Shoots For The Stars is going to be released!!!! I can't wait! 

I haven't read the books yet (do you think I should?), but I bet this movie is going to be great!

Very soon Mattel (who runs American Girl and Barbie) is going to release a Katniss Everdeen doll! 

Notice the Mockingjay Pin? She even has the grey Seam eyes and Glimmer's silver arrows!

I can't wait for this doll to come out! Are you going to get her? I think it would be funny/cool if they made a Peeta, Prim, Gale, Haymitch, Cinna, or even Effie doll!

Incase you didn't notice I have renamed my blog! Now instead of just doing American Girl related stuff, I can post on other things I like!
I also saw the Hunger Games Movie yesterday! It was amazing! If you are having doubts about reading the books or seeing the movie, I strongly advise you to do so!

Took a break... But I'm Back!

Hey Everyone!!!!
Long time no blog! I took a VERY long break due to homework, sports, and just a busy life! But now I'm back and ready to start posting again!!
I'm in LA for the weekend and today I'm going to American Girl Place! But I have a little predicament, I'm getting my doll Kanani's ears pierced and I'm getting her glasses, but I can't decide what outfit to get with my gift card! Here are my choices:

I play soccer so I thought I would be cool to have my dolls play too!

I don't have Maire-Grace but I think this would go well on Rebecca or Felicity 

I don't have a swimsuit for dolls yet, and I thought this would look nice on Kanani
